Celebrating Friends in Uniform

Beth's friend and piano teacher, Brenda, is also a policewoman. Once Beth drove along with Brenda for the day, just to see what life was like behind the badge. She experienced all sorts of altercations, from domestic disputes to stolen cars.

To celebrate her friend in uniform, Beth brought Brenda lunch. They rendezvoused in the parking lot of a shopping mall, and Beth handed over a tuna sandwich, chips, cookie, and drink.

In exchange, Brenda gave Beth a frisking and a firm warning to "stay clean."
